Double click on Tally icon on desktop. Alt+F3 Company info-Create company.

Accounts Only:कंपनी के केवल वित्तीय खातों को बनाए रखने के लिए। सूची (स्टॉक) प्रबंधन इसमें शामिल नहीं है।

( To maintain only the financial accounts of the company. Inventory (stock) management is not involved in it.)

Account with Inventory: यह डिफ़ॉल्ट विकल्प है, जो कंपनी के वित्तीय खाते के साथ-साथ कंपनी की सूची दोनों को बनाए रखने की अनुमति देता है।( This is the default option, which allows maintaining both the financial account of the company as well as the inventory of the company.)

Company info.

Select Company: हम पहले से बनाई गई कंपनी का चयन कर सकते हैं।( We can choose the company which is already created.

Shortcut key - F1.)


Shut Company: इसका इस्तेमाल कंपनी को बंद करने के लिए किया जाता है। ( It is used to close the company which is opened. Shortcut key - Alt+F1

Create  company (c):-इससे नई कंपनी को बनाते हैं | 

Alter(A ): इसका उपयोग कंपनी निर्माण में नाम, दिनांक, रखरखाव इत्यादि जैसे बदलाव करने के लिए किया जाता है।

( It is used to make alterations in the company creation like name, date, maintain etc.)

Change  TallyVault :-उपयोगकर्ता कंपनी बनाने के दौरान टैलीवॉल्ट पासवर्ड दर्ज कर सकते हैं (Data Security has been a matter of concern to the Business Owner as most businesses depend on the confidentiality of the information. TallyVault is a feature in Tally.ERP 9 that will help the business to maintain confidentiality of information by encrypting the data.)

Split company data:-टैली की लचीली अवधि-कम लेखांकन किसी भी संख्या के लिए डेटा प्रविष्टि की अनुमति देता है। इस सुविधा के बहुत सारे फायदे हैं। विशाल पुराने डेटा की उपस्थिति प्रणाली पर अनावश्यक भार बनाती है।

एक वित्तीय वर्ष को विभाजित करने से आप इस प्रणाली के ओवरहेड पर काबू पाने के दौरान अधिकतर लाभों को बरकरार रख सकते हैं।

Backup:-नियमित अंतराल पर आपके डेटा का बैकअप लेना आपके मौजूदा डेटा खो जाने पर आपके बैक अप डेटा को पुनर्प्राप्त करने में सहायता करता है। 

Restore:-डेटा बैकअप का उद्देश्य कंपनियों को जब आवश्यक हो तब पुनर्स्थापित करना है। वर्तमान में उपयोग किए जाने वाले डेटा में अप्रत्याशित सिस्टम शटडाउन, सिस्टम क्रैश, डेटा भ्रष्टाचार इत्यादि जैसे कई कारणों से क्षति / भ्रष्ट / खो सकता है। ऐसे मामले में आप हाल ही में उपलब्ध बैकअप का उपयोग करके कंपनी को पुनर्स्थापित कर सकते हैं।
