नोटपैड क्या है?
नोटपैड एक सरल दस्तावेज़ बनाने के लिए सरल टेक्स्ट एडिटर सिस्टम सॉफ्टवेयर है। यह फ़ाइल के प्रत्येक एक्सटेंशन नाम का समर्थन करता है, यानि यह सभी तरह के एक्सटेंशन नाम को सपोर्ट करता है | इसमें आप फाइल को कोई भी एक्सटेंशन के साथ सेव कर सकते हैं |

Definition of Notepad

Notepad is simple text editor software to create a simple document. It supports every extension name of file and very simple it makes the text file which extension name is (text).

"Notepad is a text editor, i.e., an app specialized in editing plain text."

• जब तक फाइल को सेव नही किया जाएगा फाइल का नाम नही दिखाया जाता है और वहां “Untitled” लिखा होता है. जैसे ही हम फाइल को किसी नाम से सेव करते है तब “Untitled” के स्थान पर फाइल नाम दिखाया जाता है

• टाइटल बार के दाएं कोने में तीन बटन होते है. इन तीन बटन में पहला बटन “Minimize” होता है. जिस पर क्लिक करने से Open Program Taskbar में आ जाता है. दूसरा बटन “Maximize or Restore Down” होता है. यह बटन विंडो की Width यानि चौड़ाई को कम-ज्यादा करने का कार्य करता है. और तीसरा बटन “Close Button” है जो प्रोग्राम को बंद करने का कार्य करता है.

• Status Bar नोटपेड विंडो का एक और भाग है जो Text Area के बिल्कुल ऊपर होती है. यह बार माउस कर्सर की स्थिति को दिखाती है इस बार कि सहायता से कर्सर की स्थिति को आसानी से जाना जा सकता है. आप चाहे तो इस बार को छिपा (Hide) भी सकते है. और जब आप चाहे इसे दिखा (Unhide) सकते है

• Text area नोटपेड का सबसे मह्त्वपूर्ण भाग है. और यह नोटपेड विंडो का सबसे बडा तथा मध्य भाग होता है. इसी क्षेत्र मे Text को लिखा जाता है. नोटपेड में तैयार किए जाने वाले सभी डॉक्युमेंट्स के शब्दों को इसी Area में लिखा जाता है.

File menu

New (ctrl+N): नाय पेज लेने के लिए (To open a new page)

Open(Ctrl+O): फाइल ओपन करने के लिए (To open an exit file)

Save(Ctrl+S): फाइल सुरक्षित यानि सेव करने के लिए [To save the file in computer ]

Save as…(Alt+F+A): पहले से सेव किये हुए फाइल में कुछ एडिट करके फिर से सेव करने के लिए (To save the file different name and location in computer)

Page setup(Alt+F+U): प्रिंट निकालने के लिए फाइल की सेटिंग करना (To change the page setting)

Print Preview(Alt+F+V): फाइल का प्रिंट निकालने से पहले उसे देखने के लिए [ To shows the print preview of the opened file ]

Print(Ctrl+P): प्रिंटर द्वारा फाइल का प्रिंट निकालने के लिए [ To give the print command to the printer ]

Exit(Alt+F4): फाइल बंद करने के लिए [ To exit from the notepad software ]

 Edit Menu

Undo(Ctrl+Z): काम को वापस लाने या हटाने के लिए [ To go the one setup back from the current setup ]

Cut(Ctrl+C): कट करने के लिए [ To move the select matter one place to another place on the page ]

Copy(Ctrl+C): कॉपी करने के लिए [ To make a copy of selected matter on another place on the page ]

Paste(Ctrl+V): कट या कॉपी किये हुए टेक्स्ट को पेस्ट करने के लिए [ To complete the cut or copy command ]

Delete(DEL): डिलीट करने के लिए [ To delete the selected matter from the page ]

Find(Ctrl+F): अपने पेज में कुछ खोजने के लिए [ To find entered word in the whole matter ]

Find Next(Ctrl+F3): अपने खोज को आगे बढाने के लिए [ To give the find again command ]

Replace(Ctrl+H): फाइंड किये हुए अक्षर की जगह कुछ और लिखने के लिए [ To replace the found word in other entered word ]

Go to(Ctrl+G): किसी पेज या लाइन पर जाने के लिए [ To go to one place to another place on the page like that line number ]

Select All(Ctrl+A): अपने पेज पर लिखे पूरा मेटर सेलेक्ट करने के लिए [ To select the whole matter of the opened file ]

Time/Date(F5): पेज पर दिन और तारीख लगाने के लिए [ To insert the current date or time of system in our file ]

Format Menu

Word Wrap: टेक्स्ट को एक बाउंड्री की तरह सामने लिखने के लिए [ To create the boundary for the text lime ]

Font: फॉण्ट साइज़ घटाने और बढाने के लिए [ To set font size and font face ]

 View Menu

Status bar: पेज का साइज़ और स्क्रॉल बार देखने के लिए [ To show or hide the status bar ]

·         नोटपैड में Orientation दो तरह के Portrait और landscape होते है |

·         नोटपैड में चार तरह के Margins होते है: left, right, top और Bottom.

·         Date और Time लगाने के लिए नोटपैड में शॉर्टकट कीज F5 है |

·         नोटपैड का रन कमांड Notepad ही है |

·         नोटपैड का एक्सटेंशन (Extension) नाम .txt है |
